August 24 – In Hiding
I know Robin is devastated that we lost April, but she’s taking this much harder than I thought she would. I’ve tried getting her back in the OR with me and she’s having none of it. She’s been hold up in that lab and she’s not giving anyone the time of day. I don’t know how to get to her, but I’ll just keep trying. She can’t continue like this. None of us can.

patrick...just be patient with robin...she feels like she failed april...yes - robin is devestated and it may take some time for robin to be back to her normal self again..the only way you can help robin to get through this is to be there for her when she needs you..everyone deals with death in different ways and robin's way right now is to shut everyone out...dont smother her or pressure her to go back in the OR..but if robin continues to shut everyone out after a month or so then i would begin to try and get the help you need from Robert and Anna to help robin..i can sympathize with robin ..i have been in her shoes losing someone and i had so many emotions that i shut everyone out too...but thanks to my families love and support i came back to my old self again...good luck patrick and be patient if you can..
